Equilibre entre mouvement et intériorité

Equilibre entre mouvement et intériorité

Le Vinyasa et le Yin Yoga sont deux pratiques totalement différentes mais complémentaires.

On dit souvent que l'on est soit :

Yin

1. Sleep as the foundation

Without quality sleep, the body cannot recover, hormones get out of balance, and stress levels rise. Even the best diet and workout plan won’t bring results if your body is running on empty.

2. Emotional health

Stress, anxiety, and unprocessed emotions have a direct impact on hormones, immunity, and even eating habits. Supporting your mental health through meditation, breathwork, or therapy is just as vital as physical training.

3. Environment and connections

Our surroundings shape our habits. The people we spend time with and the spaces we live and work in can either fuel us or drain us. Warm social ties and a sense of belonging play as big a role in well-being as calories and steps.

4. Mindful movement

It’s not only how much you move, but how you move. Practices like yoga, stretching, or even a mindful walk without your phone restore the connection with your body and calm the mental noise.

Wellness is a system, not a checklist. It’s about listening to your body, respecting its needs, and building a lifestyle where energy and calm can coexist.

If you’re ready to explore how to connect nutrition, movement, and emotional balance in your own life, my programs are here to guide you.
